Description and Application:
This globe valve can be used to control and adjust the liquid flow. It can be applied to various pipelines under different working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, and electric power and so on. When using this corrugated pipe globe valve ANSI, the nominal pressure should be maintained CLASS150 LB ~ 900 LB and the working temperature range should be -29 ℃~ 350 ℃.
This kind of globe valve has manual drive and electric drive. The structure of corrugated pipe globe valve ANSI adopts BB-BG-OS & Y. Its design standard refers to ASME B16.34, BS1873 and the structure length is according to ASME B16.10. The connecting flange uses ASME B16.5. And the test and inspection standard is in accordance with API598.
Feature:
1. Corrugated pipe globe valve ANSI features reasonable structure, reliable sealing, good performance, and attractive appearance and so on;
2. The sealing surface of this valve is coated with Co hard alloy. This special structure can ensure well performances such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, friction resistance and long life.
3. The stem of corrugated pipe globe valve ANSI has good corrosion resistance and well friction resistance after the refining and nitriding towards the stem surface;
4. Double seal on the valve can guarantee more reliable performance;
5. There is an indicator so we can see the stem position intuitively and easily;
6. Parts material, flange and butt welding size of corrugated pipe globe valve ANSI can be reasonable made according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various projects needs.
