Plug Valve Series

Description:
There is no oil sink between the valve body and the sealing surface. The sealing grease can be poured into the valve seat through the nozzle at any time. It can increase the sealing performance of this kind of plug valve. The part materials and flange size can be selected reasonably according to the actual working or customers' requirements.
Application:
1. Plug valve can be available when the nominal pressure is CLASS150 ~ CLASS1500 and the working temperature is -29℃~180℃.
2. This valve can be applied to various pipelines in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry, etc. Plug valve is used as the cutting off or connecting medium. According to the corrosion resistance of the sealing surface it also can be used for throttling medium.
3. This plug valve can completely prevent the contact with the flow medium in the full open. Therefore, it is usually used in the media with suspended particles.
4. This valves can be introduced to the condition with many channels. This can simplify the design of the pipe system and reduce the consumption of valve and other connection accessories.

2. The movement of seal surface has wipe function.

Usage for Plug Valve:
1. The switch of valve can't be operated manually. You need to use special wrench.
2. You should check all necessary items before operating this valve.
3. Operation personnel are required to wear protective mask when the flow medium is acid or alkaline fluid.  
4. If the plug valve is equipped with pipeline mirror, the operation personnel should check if the fluid goes through the pipe when leaving the scene.
